We are dedicated to creating unique gourmet meals seven days a week. We believe in quality ingredients, preparing food from scratch in small batches, seasonal fruits and vegetables, homemade breads, and supporting local farms with our specials.
The environment is important to us; almost all of our restaurant's waste is composted or recycled and all disposables are compostable. We have sunny walls, local artwork, window herbs, free wi-fi, colorful chalkboards and an enormous collection of mugs that all contribute to our vibrant cafe. Upon arrival please take a menu, a mug and help yourself to coffee from our self serve coffee station. We provide outside seating from April to November.
After you are seated our friendly staff will help you navigate our menu, answer all your food related questions, grant any special requests and promptly deliver your breakfast. We hope you enjoy.
We are huge breakfast critics. We had breakfast instead of
dinner at our wedding. I would go so far
as to say we are breakfast snobs. This place has some of the best breakfast we've ever had!
The biscuits are divine. Light, buttery, but not crumbling. Perfect.
The French Toast is crazy. I'm not sure how the inside of the huge piece of bread could be
like bread
pudding while the outside is crisp... I assume voodoo magic.
My husband hates potatoes, but enjoyed these! The sweet potato hash was yummy too.
Anyway, go... you won't regret it.
"We stopped by for the first time on a Thursday morning. The street parking was packed so I fully expected a wait. Nope! We were greeted, sat, served, and stuffed! The space is super cozy, service and food are excellent. They have a lovely self serve coffee bar, homemade bread, local ingredients, and creative menu items. We had the Big Bean bfast and jerith benny. OMG- the bacon creamcheese on the benny was legit. Get the cinnamon swirl bread, too. Eat all the carbs- you won’t regret it. Everything was fantastic! We will definitely be back."
"Very enjoyable experience. This is a busy little restaurant and it's no wonder with great food, amazing menu and fun atmosphere. They also make all their bread, bagels, muffins and biscuits. Coffee is self serve with several choices and it's good. You have to see the French toast! I enjoyed everything I have tried there and it leaves a good feeling in your stomach. I will go again next time I'm out that way. Highly recommend."
"This place has been delicious farm to table for over a decade. There's definitely a reason the line is out the door every weekend morning/afternoon. Put it on the list because it's the best breakfast place in the seacoast of NH in my humble opinion."
